Confirmation Policy: TSCBC will confirm receipt of your registration via fax or email within one (1) week of receiving your completed registration form.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations will be accepted only if TSCBC is advised of need to cancel at least five (5) business days in advance of the course date. After that time, 100% of the registration fee will be payable. Substitutions will be accepted at any time.
